ARTICLE I
Sleeping in Vehicles

§ 73-1. Sleeping in vehicles prohibited.
It shall be unlawful for any person to sleep in, occupy as sleeping quarters
or under the guise of pretending to sleep in, any vehicle upon any of the
public streets, ways, avenues and alleys within the corporate limits of the
Town of Berlin, Maryland.
§ 73-2. Violations and penalties. 1
Any violation of the provisions of this article shall be punishable, upon
conviction, as a misdemeanor as provided in Article I of Ch. 1, General Provisions.
