§ 22-1. Authority of Chief to establish rules and
procedures.
The Chief of Police of the Berlin Police Department, subject to the approval
of the Mayor and Council, shall establish and
maintain legal rules, regulations, general orders and general procedures
as he or the Mayor and Council of the Town of
Berlin deem necessary for the proper administration, discipline and efficiency
of the Police Department of the Town of Berlin.
§ 22-2. Filing of rules and procedures.
All such rules, regulations, general orders and general procedures shall
be compiled in written form and shall be
maintained in the records division of the Berlin Police Department and shall
be available for review by the public during the normal business hours of
the Town.
