§ 20-1. Commission established; statutory provisions.
The Mayor and Council do hereby establish the Berlin Planning and
Zoning Commission, which shall consist of seven members, and the
Commission shall be subject to all of the provisions of Article 66B of
the Annotated Code of Maryland.
