§ 104-1. Discharge prohibited; exceptions.

It shall be unlawful for any person, except a qualified law enforcement officer of the United States, the State of Maryland, Worcester County or the Town of Berlin, to shoot, fire or discharge any rifle, shotgun, pistol, revolver, air gun, BB gun or other dangerous or deadly weapon within the corporate limits of the Town of Berlin.

§ 104-2. Violations and penalties. 1

Any violation of the provisions of this chapter shall be punishable, upon conviction, as a misdemeanor as provided in Article I of Ch, 1, General Provisions.
